  • High-Level Security Compliance: Singaporean law mandates that all patient medical records must be secured at the highest possible level. This legal requirement posed a significant challenge, as the software needed to be developed with robust security measures to ensure full compliance with local regulations. The team had to design and implement advanced encryption and data protection strategies to safeguard sensitive medical information.
  • Expertise in React Native: The client’s application needed to be built using React Native, a framework that was newly launched at the time. Finding skilled developers proficient in React Native was challenging, especially those with experience in the healthcare sector.   • English Proficiency for Effective Communication: Since the development team in Vietnam would be working closely with the client’s in-house developers and management team in Singapore, all team members needed to have strong verbal English skills.   • Ensuring English Proficiency: To ensure smooth communication with the client’s in-house team, we prioritized English language proficiency during the evaluation process. All selected developers were required to pass verbal and written English assessments, ensuring that they could effectively collaborate with the client’s team in Singapore. We also conducted communication workshops to further enhance the team’s ability to articulate technical concepts and project updates in English.
