New office - A big leap in the pathway to professionalism!

After 5 years of development, QSoft Vietnam has always been consistent with its core values, though flexibly adjusted with market changes to attain today initial success. Founded in 2005 with only 6 members under the brand name KT & H, QSoft Vietnam started out its business with small short-time projects. At that time, the first working place for the very early QSoftees was a rented residential building with working office on the 1st floor and “bed rooms” right upstairs. However, right from the business commencement, the image of QSoft Vietnam Corporation with “Qualified People” and “Quality Software” had been formed within the core company leaders.

Believed in the 3 core values: People, Process and Technology, the former KT & H owned a clear and ambitious vision of “becoming a world class software outsourcing and development company”. After 5 years of ups and downs with great deal of market turbulences and prolonged global economic crisis, still, QSoft Vietnam is confidently heading for 2011 with all the achievements attained in the past development period. The initial staff of only 6 now has increased to 65, and still growing fast. The Company now consists of all necessary functional divisions, namely: Software, Administration & HR, Accounting, Quality Assurance and Sales. QSoft Vietnam has successfully implemented hundreds of projects of all scales, focusing on web-based and mobile software development for customers all over the world.

The working process is being completed day by day with ISO 9001: 2008 compliance and heading for ISO 27001 (security issues) in 2011 and CMMi4 in 2014. We have also successfully built up a unique QSoft “culture” with such outstanding qualities as: united, supportive, eager for learning, sharing, playing hard, working professionally, etc. Company events such as summer vacation, QSoft Idol, QSoftee’s image, etc., are the ideal playing grounds for valuable ease-off time as well as bringing all QSoftees together. Although we have not invested seriously in promoting the brand name, QSoft Vietnam has also been known by lots of domestic and foreign customers. This is simply because we always bear in mind that: The most effective and sustainable way to promote one enterprise’s brand name is through investing in the people, products and services.

5 years is not a too long period, but just sufficient to build up a firm foundation, the ideal preparation stage for a flourishing QSoft Vietnam in the coming development phase. One remarkable milestone in QSoft Vietnam’s development pathway is: On December 26, 2010, we have officially moved to our new office in Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district – the ever developing area which promisingly turns into Hanoi center in near future. The new office is the payoff and reward for the relentless endeavor and efforts by all QSoftees. It took more than 1 year, at the cost of 2.5 million US dollars for the new office to get built and come into operations. QSoft Vietnam’s new headquarter is located in a very nice surroundings, convenient for traffics, with the total area of 230 square meters. The four-floor building is fenced off by decorative blocks, rock works and small, carefully designed garden. All the decorative materials focus on expressing QSoft’s brand and characteristics. The modern and well equipped building has enough spaces for up to 100 people. Electric, lighting, water and internet systems are designed to be most user-friendly. Working desks and chairs are also carefully chosen so that everyone feels easy and comfortable when working. What’s more, the new office meets all the requirements for ISO 27001 certification with the security camera system, finger print checking doors, fire alarm, etc. This factor will strongly support QSoft Vietnam’s plan to get ISO 27001 compliance in 2011. It can be said that moving to new office is an important turning point in QSoft Vietnam’s pathway to professionalism. Before taking into account such factors as people, product and service quality, a modern and comfortable office will surely change QSoft’s image in the eyes of business partners, customers and IT engineers, which will consequently promote sales and attract more talents to the company. Besides, with the assistance from the new office, QSoft Vietnam is now ready to push forward its brand identity and unique corporate culture.

In a nutshell, with all the preparations we have made so far, QSoft Vietnam now has in hand the so-called: Clement weather, favorable terrain and concord among the people for the strong expanding phase to come.
